Let's work on something together.

If you're looking to scale your creative agency, you've come to the right place.

They say the key to a successful business is to find your niche. Well, we sort of fell into ours.

Paradigm Creative started out as a side project for our freelance projects while we were otherwise employed. We’ve worked with individual clients all over the world for over fifteen years. Over that span, we’ve discovered some of our best clients have been other agencies that need a little help.

So what is white label exactly?

Well, it’s pretty simple actually. You have a creative project looming, and lack either the time or manpower to meet your deadlines. So you hire an agency like ours to pick up the slack. White label means Paradigm works for you and your client without us ever needing or taking credit.

What does the process look like?

We get involved with the project at whatever level is necessary, and complete the production level of the project under your agency’s brand. We’re like a subcontractor on steroids.

  1. Step One – You sell the project to your client. This is your client, and we’re not looking to get in the way.
  2. Step Two – You contract us to work on the project. We work with you to set expectations for communication, budget, timeline, and capability. We can work with your client directly as a pseudo-employee of your agency, with our focus on production while you manage the agency/client relationship. Or we can communicate solely through your agency, with all client communications coming straight from you.
  3. Step Three – We complete the project. We work diligently to meet all expectations and deadlines at a standard that reflects well on your agency and on Paradigm.
  4. Step Four – The client is happy, and everyone gets paid! Paradigm will bill your agency directly for our role in the project. Your client is satisfied and pays you directly – then you pass us along our cut of the proceeds.
  5. Step Five – Happy dance!

How does communication work between my agency, my clients, and Paradigm?

Anytime you add a new entity to the conversation, clear communication becomes of paramount importance. We value written communication greatly, so that nothing is missed or forgotten. As mentioned above, the level in which we communicate with your client is totally up to you. Some of our white label partnerships have involved giving us an email address so we can communicate on your agency’s behalf. In other contexts, we’ve had relationships for years where we’ve never spoken directly to the client.

Have a Slack channel or Basecamp? Keep track of your projects on Trello or Monday? Add us and we’ll jump in! Whatever form of communication works for you, works for us.

Will Paradigm steal my clients?

Listen. We didn’t get where we are today by burning bridges. The greatest assets we have as an agency are our relationships with our clients and white label partners. These relationships over the years have led to countless mutually beneficial projects and experiences. It’s important to us to work and live ethically, and we expect the same from our partners – an expectation that extends to your agency’s clients as well.

Plus, stealing clients is really uncool. We’re just not going to do it.

Is white label right for my agency?

We don’t partner with just anyone. As we said before, relationship is key. If you’re interested in exploring a partnership with us, we want to chat! We can talk about your agency, its goals, your upcoming projects, and how we might be able to help. Ultimately, if we can help you and your clients succeed, we’re happy.
