We have some news that we couldn’t wait to share. And being that it affects you, our amazing clients, we thought you’d like to be in the know. So without further adieux…
The heads of the Paradigm team, Harlan & Yvette, will be moving to England in the Fall of 2015 to help out with a church in Watford, Greater London!
We’re very excited about the opportunity to partner with Wellspring Church in Watford, where we will contribute in many ways, including their graphics and web departments. This has been a journey a long time in the making, and we are thrilled to finally have it become a reality. This move is not intended to be permanent, but will involve us being overseas for a minimum of six months.
How This Affects You
We’ve been incredibly fortunate to have extremely dedicated clients and friends that provide us with work on a regular basis. It’s because of you that we’ve been able to pursue this dream of owning our own business and having the kind of life that avails us to an opportunity like the one we’ve been presented with now. We’re extremely grateful. So to the point of how this affects you (and the request we mentioned) – we won’t be able to do this without you. Our move will not include a work visa at the start. Therefore, we will need to continue to provide support for this journey while we’re there. We can do that via our U.S.-based clients and accounts.
What we’re asking from you is that you simply allow us the opportunity to continue to serve you as a client while we’re away. We’re not asking for special favors, only that you give us a chance to continue earning your business. Obviously, we will have some transitions to contend with (the time difference being one of them), but our plan is to continue providing the same level and quality of service that we’ve been providing here in the States. If our work isn’t satisfactory to you in any way, we will do everything we can to make it right. We hope that the service we’ve provided to you over the years will stand as a representation of our commitment to seeing you and your organization succeed. We’d love it if you would continue to partner with us, so we can succeed with you.
We’ll have more information in the coming months, and will be in touch personally to confirm any details surrounding our departure. Any questions about the transition can be directed to me or Yvette directly. You can also follow us personally on our blog – Viva La Bowling. We’ll be updating that with more information as well.
Looking forward to serving you for many years to come.
